Tone up in front of the television

‘I don’t have time to work out… Gym memberships are too expensive…I’m too busy…’

These are the most common excuses when it comes to doing exercise. These may be true sometimes, but here at EZTakaful we believe that a busy lifestyle does not have to be an unhealthy lifestyle!

In your everyday life you can always seize opportunities to exercise when you are doing your daily routines.  For example, why not get off the public transport one stop early and walk to the office on your way to work?  Driving to work? Then how about doing some simple exercises when you are watching the daily news at home in the evening?

Understanding that daily routines, tasks and errands can eat away the hours of the day, EZTakaful has put together a fitness regime for you to burn those extra calories where you would least expect to….right in front of the TV!
