& Conditions
- This campaign will be governed by these standard terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “T&C”). Each Applicant agrees that he/she has read and understood these T&C and by participating in the Campaign, each Applicant agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- To be eligible for an entry into the lucky draw, you have to apply for an ezTakaful plan on our website, via telemarketing, or through a face-to-face agent
- Each plan enrolment is eligible for one entry in the lucky draw.
- Existing policyholders are eligible for one entry into the lucky draw given they update and submit their details via the email from EZTakaful.
- Any entry which is incomplete, incorrect or violates these T&C will automatically be disqualified.
- The campaign shall run only from 1 September 2023 until 30 September 2023. Entries received after the Campaign period will be disqualified.
- Winners will be announced at the end of the campaign period on 23rd October 2023
- Winners will be drawn randomly and all decisions made by the organisers are final.
- EZTakaful’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence (verbal or written) will be entertained.
- Winners of this Campaign shall be notified via their email address/contact number entered on the website form. Vouchers and prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or any other items.
- Acceptance of any Prize shall constitute a release and discharge of EZTakaful by each Applicant from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, and/or damages which the Applicant may have, whether known or unknown at the present time, of any nature whatsoever, arising out of or relating to: (i) the Campaign, (ii) personal injury and/or property damage, theft or loss suffered by the Applicant as a result of the use and/or enjoyment of the Prize, Prize and/or use or enjoyment of the same.
- Unredeemed vouchers/prizes shall be forfeited after 60 days from date of announcement, and any requests for a replacement or refund shall not be entertained. EZTakaful reserves the right to substitute the voucher with a Prize of similar value, with or without notice.
