Prices for our product or service are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the product or service.
CONTRADICTION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions in the Certificate of Takaful and Master Certificate shall take precedence and/or prevail over any inconsistency or contradiction that may occur on our website.
FULL AND FAITHFUL DISCLOSURE
You are obliged to fully and faithfully notify us of everything you know or would reasonably be expected to have known that is relevant to our decision making when considering approval/acceptance for your Certificate of Takaful or otherwise you may be subsequently denied benefit from the Certificate.
CREATION OF LEGAL BINDING CONTRACT VIA ONLINE/WEBSITE PURCHASE OF OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
You make an offer to purchase the Takaful product through our website by accepting the quoted price by completing all details required, assuming such product or service is available to you. Upon acceptance of your offer and payment, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase.
You must ensure that the details and information (especially in relation to payment) that you provide to us while using our website are correct and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the product or service.
COOLING OFF PERIOD
There is a fourteen (14) day cooling-off period from the date of receipt of your Certificate of Takaful. In that period, you have a right to cancel the said Certificate, within the cooling-off period and if you are of the view that it does not meet your requirements, by notifying us in writing and returning the Certificate to us. We will then refund to you any contribution paid to us, provided always that you have not made or attempted to make any claims in the meantime.
CONTRIBUTION PAYMENTS
Contribution payments for any Takaful product, renewals or services purchased through our website shall be paid in full by or on the date stipulated in the Certificate of Takaful.
Unless otherwise provided for, all payments are required to be made by you using a type of credit card accepted by us at the time of purchase or renewal of the applicable Certificate of Takaful or service. You must therefore provide us though our website detail so of your current and valid credit card, including:
- Name on credit card;
- Credit card number; and
- Credit card expiry date
You are to avoid providing us credit card or bank account details via email for security reasons.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DETAILS
Any personal information that is provided to us via our website is deemed to be with your consent and will be dealt with by us in accordance with our security and privacy statement and Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

AMENDMENT TO CONDITION OF USE
The condition of use herein may be changed or altered at any time hereafter and by posting it on the website shall be deemed sufficient notice of variation and alteration and you shall be deemed to have accepted the new condition of use. In this connection, you are advised to check the condition of use each time you visit our website.
UNLAWFUL TERMS
If any condition of terms herein is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it shall be deleted and deemed not effective without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining conditions of use.
